How do I purchase one of your products?

You can purchase any product through our website:www.noirtide.com You can choose from any product you find available, adding any item you want to your cart, and checking out once you’re finished. You don’t need to create any kind of account to use our website, as we try to keep our system quick and your privacy safe. Purchases can be made on our website at any time of the day all year long.

Can I cancel or modify my purchase after it has been placed?

We aim to process orders as quickly as possible to guarantee prompt delivery. If you need to cancel or modify your purchase, please contact us within 2 days at support@noirtide.com. Please note that once production has started, cancellations or modifications may not be possible.

What happens with my order after I pay?

Once payment has been confirmed, you’ll receive an email (not automatic) from our official support inbox, support@noirtide.com, to the mail account you’ve added during checkout, asking for the measurements needed for your order. Please, remember to check your Spam folder.

What’s that about my measurements?

We’ll ask for your measurements to your email address after the payment has been confirmed. Like with any tailored clothing product, half of our success relies on precise measurements, so we will be sending very specific instructions for you to follow. We also recommend having a helping hand when taking these measurements and any solicited pictures. The other half of our success depends on Noirtide, our artisans and the level of excellence required of them plus the top quality materials we bring forthework.

What materials are used in your handmade footwear?

We use high-quality genuine calf leather, vegan leather, and other materials sourced from trusted suppliers for all our footwear. Our craftsmen pay meticulous attention to detail, ensuring durability and comfort.

Can I customize your any article design?

How do I determine my shoe size?

To ensure the perfect fit, we recommend referring to our size chart available on our website. You can also contact our customer service team at support@noirtide.com for personalized assistance in finding the right size for you.

How long does it take to receive my custom-made footwear?

We deliver our footwear worldwide, and the estimated delivery time begins once you receive an email confirmation that your parcel has been dispatched. Once your shoes are completed, they will be shipped on the same day, except during weekend holidays. The transit time after dispatch is typically 1 to 3 days within Europe and 3 to 5 days for other destinations worldwide.

This means that, for customized footwear, we offer a competitive timeframe: 4 to 7 days for processing and up to 3 to 5 days for delivery, depending on your location except in remote areas.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping for our handmade leather footwear.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your custom-made footwear, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to arrange for a return or exchange. Please note that personalized or customized items may be subject to certain limitations.
